If you are unhappy with any item purchased from the Artisan Dichroic web site, EXCEPT BOOKS AND VIDEOS, it may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.  Return merchandise must be undamaged and in resalable condition.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
We must be notified within 10 days of receipt that you intend to return the item.  Notification may be made to info@artisandichroic.com or by calling our voicemail at (360) 666-1804.  Upon receipt of the undamaged return item, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price, less shipping, to the credit card used for the original purchase.
 
We do not issue store credits.  If you need replacement merchandise it should be reordered through the web site shopping cart as a separate transaction.

Damaged Items/Breakage
 
Artisan Dichroic Glass makes every effort to ensure that your merchandise arrives in excellent condition.  We have been packing and shipping glass for many years with very few incidents of damage or breakage.  However, due to the nature of our products, and the vagaries of the shipping world, sometimes things can go wrong.
 
If you receive damaged or broken items, please notify us immediately.  We will make every effort to send replacement items as soon as possible.  If we are unable to send replacements due to lack of inventory, we will issue a timely refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. 
 
Any pictures, or feedback, that you can provide in the event of damage or breakage will be greatly appreciated.
 
 
Refunds/Defective Products
 
Artisan Dichroic Glass' liability for defective products or glass is limited to a refund of the purchase price. 
 
 We make every effort to supply our customers with the highest quality glass, findings and supplies.  If you receive a defective item from Artisan Dichroic Glass, we will replace it or refund the purchase price of the defective item, at our discretion. 
 
Be sure to test fire all glass.  Due to variations in techniques and firing conditions, we cannot be responsible for time loss or project results. 
 
Items covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer in the event of defect.
