We will accept returns for any items purchased from the Artisan Dichroic web site. Return merchandise must be undamaged and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of items to Artisan Dichroic.
We must be notified within 10 days of receipt that you intend to return the item. Notification may be made to email@example.com
or by calling our voicemail at (360) 666-1804. Upon receipt of the undamaged return item, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price, less original shipping charges, to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Because all transactions on our web site are real time, we do not issue store credits. If you need replacement merchandise it should be reordered through the web site shopping cart as a separate transaction.

Artisan Dichroic Glass makes every effort to ensure that your merchandise arrives in excellent condition. We have been packing and shipping glass for many years with very few incidents of damage or breakage. However, due to the nature of our products, and the vagaries of the shipping world, sometimes things can go wrong.
If you receive damaged or broken items, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to send replacement items as soon as possible. If we are unable to send replacements due to lack of inventory, we will issue a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Any pictures, or feedback, that you can provide in the event of damage or breakage will be greatly appreciated.
We make every effort to supply our customers with the highest quality glass, findings and supplies. If you receive a defective item from Artisan Dichroic Glass, we will replace it or refund the appropriate cost and shipping, at our discretion.

corner on a 4x4 that was part of a 20# order, would be limited to the
value of the unusable glass and the weight of the specific item.
Be sure to test fire all glass. Due to variations in techniques and firing conditions, we cannot be responsible for time loss or project results.
Items covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer in the event of defect.
